Cancellation Fee

If you have not provided a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be responsible for the full fee for the appointment scheduled. 

 

Communication

Communication responding to phone calls, emails, and text messages that last longer than 10 minutes will be pro-rated per minute based upon the provider’s defined fees which are listed as follows:

Court Involvement  

The Healing Apple Therapy Center requires that a contract for services rendered be signed before engagement in court proceedings which includes record review, court preparation, travel time, communication with legal counsel and parties privy to the case in question and travel time. 

 

• A $2,000 retainer is due up front and the hourly fee will be used to work out of the retainer monies.

• The hourly fee for all court involvement for Edith Appleton, LCSW is $250 per hour. 

• Should there be additional retainer monies needed, therapist Edith Appleton will communicate this in writing.
